转贴 一个不需要蝙蝠侠的社会  闾丘露薇

很不情愿的走进电影院看“蝙蝠侠”，因为第一集的蝙蝠侠，是一个黑白分明的世界里面的英雄，谁都可以预想到结果，邪不能够胜正。不过走出电影院的时候，却带着一种欲哭无泪的感觉，黑白不再分明的世界，复杂而变幻莫测的人性，不就是我们生活着的这个真实的世界？

直到现在，我还在想这个问题，如果我是那艘船上的一个普通市民，我会怎样选择？代表邪恶的小丑，在城市制造了恐慌，当人们坐在轮船上准备逃离这个不再安全的城市的时候，他们听到了小丑的声音，小丑告诉他们，在他们的船上，还有另外一艘，装满了罪犯的船上，都有一个引爆器，可以引爆对方，谁先动手，谁就可以拯救整条船上的人的性命，而这两条船之间，已经切断了联系。

两条船好像两个孤岛上，孤岛上的人们，开始了争论，猜测，挣扎。对方是一批罪犯，如果要选择，当然是对方更应该去死，而且，如果自己不动手的话，说不定很快，就会被对方炸死，因为那些人，都是破坏法律的坏人，但是也有反对的，因为生命是平等的，谁都有生存的权利。于是进行了投票，赞成下手的占了大部分，只是，即使有这样的结果，却没有人愿意站出来，按下引爆器。

时间就这样一秒秒的过去，而在另外一艘船上，警察们在维持秩序的同时，也处于极度的矛盾当中，因为他们既要阻止这些罪犯去伤害那些普通市民，但这样做的后果，那就是他们会和这些罪犯一起失去自己的性命。罪犯们也在挣扎，是否要采取暴力，为自己争取生的机会。

这是小丑考验这个城市，考验人性的最后一招，因为在一个对生命没有感觉，只希望看到人性的堕落的人眼中，蝙蝠侠这样的英雄是没有作用的，因为他最多是利用他的能量，把自己抓出，甚至消灭，但是罪恶并不会因为他的消失而消失。

也正是因为这样，当他看到，两艘船的人们，都没有引爆对方的时候，他崩溃了。彻底打败他的，不是蝙蝠侠，而是这个城市的人们自己。当人性战胜了恐惧，猜疑和自私和欲望的时候，往往会产生奇迹，这些奇迹的产生，不是依靠英雄，而是人民自己。

在一个法制健全的社会，就好像蝙蝠侠所在的城市，依然会产生罪恶，因为人性恶的一面，总是可以找到办法去走法律的空子，最有效的方法，就是利用其他人的弱点。比如收买警察和检察官，收买或者威胁证人，或者收买政客，形成一个利益团体。这个时候，如果要利用法律本身去惩罚这些罪恶是艰难和漫长的，甚至是毫无希望的。在这样的情况下，人们对法律失去了希望，开始把希望寄托在英雄的身上，也就是蝙蝠侠，用私刑，而不是法律手段，甚至本身就是违法的行为，去惩罚这些破坏法律的人。因为人们敢想不敢做，需要一个能够代表他们内心的一个英雄。就好像，小丑，也是集中了所有人的丑恶面的代表一样。

但是，孤身一人的蝙蝠侠打击罪恶，却引发更大的反击。当两者进行博弈的时候，民意又会产生一种很奇特的作用。当小丑威胁大众，如果蝙蝠侠不现身的话，就会大开杀戒，因为小丑明白，当公众陷入恐慌的时候，他们是已经不在乎对和错，会只在乎自己的安全和利益。于是引发公众愤怒的已经不再是罪恶本身，反而是蝙蝠侠。因为这个时候公众会认为，蝙蝠侠是麻烦制造者。这个时候的坚持，是寂寞和痛苦的。

而有意思的是，当代表罪恶的小丑被击败之后，这个回归了安宁的社会不再需要蝙蝠侠，因为在一个法治社会，尽管蝙蝠侠和劫富济贫的罗宾汉没有区别，但是他却成为不了这个社会的英雄，因为他所采用的方法的本身，就是法制所不容许的，于是，他成为了被追捕者。

不过，一个不需要蝙蝠侠的社会，才是一个真正尊重法律的社会，人们崇拜和信任的英雄，是那位坚持和犯罪行为不妥协，坚持用法律手段来惩罚违法者的检察官。当然人们不知道，这位已经死去的检察官，也有不光彩的一面，那就是在小丑的刺激下，从法律的守卫者，变成了一个残酷的暴力复仇者，为了自己的家人的死去，为了自己不公平的待遇。而这种转变，则是小丑最引以为傲的地方，因为他相信，人性的弱点，会让人们陷入暴力而不能自拔。不过理性冷静的人们明白，大众需要这样一个英雄，因为如果他们还是依赖蝙蝠侠，而不是代表了法律的检察官，这个社会获得和平安宁的机会大大降低，于是，他们善意的欺骗大众。

Taking the train from Vancouv back to Seattle,

the scenery is indescibable. When you sit on the second deck of the train, prepare yourself to be astounded.

You will be looking forward to the Mountain Baker with snow on it, blue and green Ocean

wild forest and vigorous farmland, ofcourse majestic sunset.

It is wierd, back to the States made me feel like back to home.

Even it is far away from hometown. I feel safe and sunshine here.

In the daytime, I'm excited and full of energy.

In the nighttime, I'm desperate and depressed.

Banff National Park is one UNESCO world heritage site in the Canadian Rokies,

the first national park set up in 1885, Canada. 

Beautiful community with quiet and peaceful village lifestyle.

Railway, gondola, hotspring, snow mountain, glaciers, icefield, shopping malls, movie theater etc,

there is everything I want.

Hiking made me sooo exhausted. My muscules ached, arms and feet soured.
